This started out Very Crappy, Contact Person was Ok, Factory took 30 Days for Sample, Because Bigger Orders came in and our project was pushed to side, Contact then tells us that after 67$ Sample fee that our Order was not Important and that Any Orders do to bigger business would be 30-45 Days, We Moved our Small Project to USA Factory and will sell to Walmart from there Thank You for Showing us Factory Production should be at a Factory that Values Us
The delivery time was a little longer than other samples I have ordered, however, that is not the fault of the supplier but just how the package was routed. The quality and design are good and their service has been top notch with communication and helpfulness.
